Tickets now on sale for Cincinnati Coffee Festival, Oct. 11-13

Tickets are now on sale for the third annual Cincinnati Coffee Festival, set for Friday, Oct. 11 through Sunday, Oct. 13! Exciting changes are underway for the largest coffee festival in the Midwest as it moves to a new, larger home in the Grand Ballroom of the Duke Energy Convention Center, 525 Elm St. in Downtown Cincinnati.

“With more than 5,000 attendees last year, the Cincinnati Coffee Festival has grown into a can’t-miss event for area coffee and tea lovers,” said Rich Cogen, executive director of Ohio River Foundation (ORF), which produces the event. “We can’t wait to welcome everyone to an even bigger and better event at Duke Energy Convention Center this year!”

Cincinnati Coffee Festival will once again kick off with a Trade Day on Friday for coffee shop owners, baristas and people interested in getting into the coffee business. Learn from the experts, meet the pros and experience new tastes and techniques!

Saturday and Sunday will be open to the public, with more vendors – 60 coffee roasters, coffee and tea shops, bakers, pastry shops and chocolatiers from around the region and across the country – than ever before serving tastes of their wares. After they’ve sampled their way through the event hall, attendees can then buy their favorites to take home.

New this year are the Coffee Olympics, where attendees can cheer on their favorite coffee shops in fun competitions, and Campfire Coffee, a casual presentation and conversation space. The hugely popular Latte Art Throwdown, where baristas vie for the title of top latte artist, and Latte Art in Action, where attendees can try their hand at creating latte art, will be back this year. An expanded Art of Coffee, featuring works in a variety of media; coffee-related demonstrations; and live music will also return.

Event hours are 12:30-6PM Friday (Trade Day); 10AM*-5PM Saturday; 11AM*-4PM Sunday. (*VIP ticket holders get in one hour early.)
