The Big Whisker Revival 5
Get ready to see the best beards in the region this weekend at the Big Whisker Revival. Hosted by the Cincinnati Beer Barons, this mustache and beard competition raises money for charity, and it’s pretty much guaranteed to be a great time.
When: Saturday, 5 p.m.
Where: The Southgate House Revival, 111 E. Sixth St., Newport
Brink Brewing Chili Cookoff and Homebrew Competition
Chili + beer = the most Cincinnati afternoon you can have. Stop by Brink Brewing for their 2nd annual Chili Cookoff and homebrew competition. This year’s twist? Your chili has to have Brink beer in it. Taste, sip and have a great Saturday.

Bengals vs. Steelers
The players can say it’s just another week, but we all know that’s totally not true. IT’S STEELERS WEEK and they’re coming to the jungle in what’s sure to be a high-intensity showdown. Whether you’re going to the game or just tailgating outside of PBS, we know that Sunday revolves around this.

Great Ohio River Swim
Would you do it? Dozens of brave souls are swimming the Ohio River from Ohio side to Kentucky and back, benefitting the Outdoor Adventure Clubs of Greater Cincinnati.
When: Sunday, 8 a.m.
Where: Serpentine Wall, downtown
Cost: Free to watch, $20 – $40 to swim.
