How to make 2-ingredient chocolate truffles

These two ingredient chocolate truffles are so easy to make and SO delicious.

Here’s all you’ll need:

  • 7/8 Cup – Sweetened Condensed Milk
  • 1 Cup – Unsweetened Cocoa Powder + a little extra for coating the truffles/presentation

Directions

  1. Bring the sweetened condensed milk to a simmer in a pot on the stove. Don’t boil it all the way, just warm it until you start to see a few bubbles
  2. Pour the sweetened condensed milk into a mixing bowl
  3. Start sifting in the cocoa powder. Sift it in in two or three parts, mixing each time you sift some in. (The reason for sifting is to make sure you don’t get any clumps)
  4. Once everything in is incorporated, spread your truffle mixture out onto a piece of plastic wrap. Fold the plastic wrap over your mixture using your hands to spread the mixture out into a square. The mixture will be sticky so spread it out using the plastic wrap.
  5. Refrigerate the truffle mixture for 2 – 3 hours.
  6. After it’s been refrigerated, sprinkle some cocoa powder onto a piece of parchment paper.
  7. Take your truffle mixture out and place it on the cocoa powder.
  8. Sprinkle/coat the top of the mixture with cocoa powder as well.
  9. Cut into bit sized pieces.
  10. Round off the edges of each piece.
  11. Plate the truffles and sprinkle a little bit of cocoa powder over them again for presentation.
  12. Enjoy!
