Avett Brothers return to Great American Ball Park in September

As part of the Ohio Lottery Post-Game Concert Series, The Cincinnati Reds announced Monday they will host Americana group, the Avett Brothers.

The Avett Brothers will be going on tour this summer and will be returning to the Queen City in September.

With 12 albums in the catalog and one on the way, the North Carolina-based group will perform their foot-stepping tunes after the 4:10 p.m. game.

The Grammy nominated group are going on tour in spite of their next album, which will be released in October.

They released several of singles including “Roses and Sacrifices,” Trouble Letting Go,” “Neapolitan Sky,” and their latest catchy and harmonic single “High Steppin.'”

The band is one of three artists to perform during the series. Other artists include Zedd and AJR.

Avett Brothers performed at Great American Ballpark in August 2017 after the Reds played the Pittsburgh Pirates.

Fans who want a closeup view of the band can purchase field passes here. For avid fans of the group, VIP packages are also available. The packages includes an upgraded box ticket, a meet and greet with the band, a signed concert poster and an Ohio Lottery Field pass for the concert.

Regular tickets for the Sept. 7 game can also be bought on the Reds website.
