Amazon is lending help to parents stuck at home with their kids during the COVID-19 pandemic.
Hoping to make life a little easier, Amazon is making some of its family-friendly programming available for free on Prime Video as a result of the global crisis.
The content is available to all Amazon customers. There is no Prime membership required.
The U.S. version of the free service includes “Arthur,” “Caillou,” “Daniel Tiger’s Neighborhood,” “Dinosaur Train,” “Reading Rainbow,” “Wild Kratts,” and several other shows.
Amazon says their currently working with content providers to add more shows.
Audible, which is owned by Amazon is also offering free audiobooks for kids. Just download the free app and you’ll see a variety of children’s stories. There are many classics to choose from for all ages up to teen.
The service will be available for as long as schools are closed. Parents, this is a great time to keep your little ones engaged.
