Many people are creatively exploring the magic of technology while social distancing — including a way to virtually ride Disney rides.
While Disney World and Disneyland announced closings during the COVID-19 outbreak, parents and their kids can experience the “Most Magical Place on Earth” right from their couch.
That means you can say hi to Mickey Mouse and the gang just by taking a quick trip to Youtube, according to Travel + Leisure.
While these are not officially sanctioned virtual tours, park-goers have documented themselves going through attractions and uploaded them online.
With just a click, you can get transported to popular Disney rides like Space Mountain, It’s A Small World, Pirates of the Caribbean and Frozen Ever After.
Of course, this won’t be the same experience like actually visiting these theme parks. Hopefully, the point-of-view rides will serve as a welcome distraction while you’re stuck at home.
Below is a list of some Disney attractions you can ride virtually during this social distancing period to help slow the spread of COVID-19.
Visit the iconic It’s A Small World ride (because it really feels like a small world these days) in Fantasyland inside Magic Kingdom.
We can’t forget the ride that inspired Captain Jack Sparrow, Pirates of the Caribbean.
Head to Epcot to see Elsa, Olaf and the gang on Frozen Ever After.
Go under the sea on The Little Mermaid: Ariel’s Undersea Adventure.
Take a ride through Space Mountain located in Tomorrowland inside Magic Kingdom.
Go on a thrilling exploration while on the Indiana Jones ride.
Fly away to Neverland on Peter Pan’s Flight.
