State Fair Inspired Milk for something different & delicious

Although many state fairs have postponed or cancelled in 2020, Borden Dairy wants you to bring a taste of the fair home. For the second year, the milk giant serves up State Fair of Texas Inspired Milks. Last year, Cotton Candy, Banana Taffy and Blueberry Cobbler made their debut to mostly positive reaction. Cotton Candy and Banana Taffy return in 2020 joined by a new flavor: Caramel Popcorn.

According to the Elsie the Cow Facebook page, these new milk choices can be found in Ohio, Mississippi, Louisiana, Alabama, and Texas. Some of the locations listed by Borden include Circle K, Kroger, H-E-B, Walmart and Stripes. You have until October 12, 2021 to get your fill. Borden Dairy, based in Dallas, has been a part of the State Fair of Texas since 1946 serving milk and letting thousands meet their mascot: Elsie the Cow.

Now you might think drinking these flavors may be a bit of a challenge by themselves, but think about adding Caramel Popcorn Milk to your coffee. And think about adding a little chocolate syrup to the Banana Taffy or Caramel Popcorn.

Although there are three official flavors, we found a fourth State Fair Inspired Milk at a local Kroger:
