MidPoint Music Festival Announces Initial Lineup, Location Change

Walk The Moon will headline this year’s MidPoint Music Festival

MidPoint Music Festival is back again this year, announcing the initial lineup and a location change.

The festival will take place on Saturday, September 23rd and Sunday, September 24th at the Taft Theatre and Cincinnati Masonic Center, near 5th and Sycamore streets downtown.

The first wave of artists for this year’s festival include: WALK THE MOON, The New Pornographers, Broken Social Scene, BADBADNOTGOOD, Valerie June, Frightened Rabbit, Dan Deacon, Noname, Seun Kuti and Egypt 80, Citizen, Mandolin Orange, The Cactus Blossoms, Aaron Lee Tasjan, William Elliott Whitmore, Charly Bliss, Bedouine, Flint Eastwood, Ghost of Paul Revere, David Luning, DYAN and Adam Torres.
Organizers say a second wave of artists, including local and regional acts, will be announced later in the summer.
Weekend passes go on sale Friday, June 30th at 11 a.m. for $115.
