Learn How To Brew Beer From Blank Slate Brewing

You love craft beer right? See how it's made.

We all know Cincinnati is a town that loves good beer. I mean, we’ve got like 50 something breweries within 30 miles of Fountain Square. And while you probably get that growler filled every-so-often or maybe just pick up a six pack at the store… do you really know how it’s made?

Cue Scott LaFollette. As owner and brewmaster at Blank Slate Brewing, he’s kind of got a reputation for making some off-the-wall and seriously delicious beers. Maybe you’ve heard of the mushroom flavored brown ale “Shroominous” or the sausage spice infused Oktoberfest “Turn for the Wurst?”

We figured, what better person to show us how it’s done? Start to finish, top to bottom, mash to canning line. Watch and learn how beer is brewed from the experts.

If you wanna try some Blank Slate brews for yourself (trust us, you do), stop by their pour house on the East Side.

You can also find their beers at select Kroger stores.
