Spicy and Sweet Toasted Pecans

Your home is gonna smell amazing for like 2 or 3 days.


4 cups pecan pieces

½ stick salted butter, melted

1 cup light brown sugar

2 teaspoons salt

Cayenne pepper, to taste

½ teaspoon cinnamon

Preheat oven to 350F.  Line a large baking sheet with parchment paper.  In a large mixing bowl, combine all of the ingredients and mix well.  Pour onto the prepared baking sheet and bake or until golden brown, about 14 minutes.  Remove and cool completely.  Store in an airtight container.

Yields:  4 cups
