Cilantro Clifton

One of Clifton’s most beloved restaurants is coming back, pho-sho’.

The owners of Cilantro Vietnamese Bistro have announced plans to reopen, according to a post on their Facebook page.

Although no opening date has been set, the restaurant will reopen at 235 W. McMillan St, their original location.

After closing in March, the restaurant was re-branded as “High Steaks” under new ownership, only to close within a week of opening.

Original owner Darren Phan promises the “same great food, same great location” as the original concept, now at the helm of new executive chef Shelbi Nation.
