Andrew Gomez called himself “the food kid” growing up. So it only makes sense that he would come up with a new take on a burrito that Cincinnati fell in love with instantly. But before the “Turtle Shell” there was a long road of taco nights, hard work and countless test batches to get Gomez Salsa off of the ground.
