1 Night, 12 Kitchens is a culinary event and a scholarship fundraiser.
Cincinnati State’s 15th Annual 1 Night, 12 Kitchens features Midwest Culinary Institute faculty chefs and students alongside culinary professionals creating sumptuous appetizers, entrees, and desserts.
Guests will enjoy professional kitchen tours, food, beer & wine, up close and personal advice from chefs and fun with other foodies. Students gain new insights and confidence assisting in the preparation of special recipes created by local professional chefs.
Over $1,017,210 has been raised since the inaugural event in 2005 for culinary student scholarships and equipment needs.
